Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all orders over £75 in the UK. We offer next day delivery and standard delivery in the UK. The cut off time for next day delivery is 2PM. All orders placed after 2PM will be shipped out the following day. We also offer international shipping.
Please be aware if you are ordering a pre-order item, it may take up to a month to ship out. Each pre-ordered item may be available at different times, so if you want to know an estimated shipping date, please reach out to us at hello@pocket-sport.com.
Also to save on environmental and shipping costs, we will ship all items together when they are in stock. If you want your items shipped separately, please reach out to us to split your shipment.
The pricing for shipping is as follows:
Free Shipping on all UK orders.
£5.99 for UK next day delivery
£10.00 for EU delivery
£15.00 for all international deliveries.
We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from the UK to your shipping destination could incur customs charges.
As we don't have control over these charges, and they change per destination country, we are unfortunately unable to advise what the cost may be.

Free Returns
To be eligible for a free return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received
- It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

For all returns from outside the UK, you should please send your product to: Pocket Sport c/o Rocket, Unit 10 Peartree Business Centre South Road - Harlow - Essex - CM20 2BD.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 - 7 days for refunds to be processed.
Refunds on Sale items.
Sale items must be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order to receive a full refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your items if they are returned within 30 days and in their original condition with the tags on.
Defective items
If you receive an item that you think is defected or has a production error, please contact us hello@pocket-sport.com and we will help you out.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
