A seafood platter honestly – including a sea urchin (because I’ve never tried so that would be an amazing memory to bring with me).

Being the CEO of my own Event Planning company.
Why did you start your fitness journey and what is your motivation?
I started because I wanted to feel better about myself internally. I wanted to be more confident in my mind, my body and in my soul. My motivation is two forld. I wanted to be more comfortable with myself and therefore be reflected in my day-to-day activities, as well as making sure I live a long and healthy life.
If you could only do one work out for the rest of your life – what would it be?
Probably planning events – I enjoy organising and figuring out nitty-gritty things that should be done, as well as making other people feel happier and joyful. And I get to travel and be out and about with that work!
What do you like most about the Pocket Sport items?
They are very comfortable and accentuate my body really well!
Who would play you in a film?
I would love Maggie Q to play me! She’s strong, feisty, does her own stunts and she is just down-right gorgeous!
Do you work out for mental or physical gain?
Both. Mentally so that I am comfortable with myself and have better decision-making skills. Physically so that I can achieve the look that I aspire to be.
If you could be stand in one place for a whole day, where would it be?
Probably Muottas Muragl in St Moritz, Switzerland. One of the best places ever!
If in London, probably Kensington Gardens because I’m surrounded by big tall trees, greenery, quietness and many memories of me and my dog walking days!
What is your favourite healthy and unhealthy snack?
Favour healthy snack – I like to make smoothies as a snack – mostly filled with blueberries, strawberries, banana and oat milk
