Where do you want to be in 10 years time?
In 10 years I would love to be on a beach (as we all do) haha! However, hopefully in a good strong place in my career but mostly just be in a happy and content place with my life
Why did you start your fitness journey and what is your motivation?
I in fact fell into fitness! I used to gym in my first year of university and I was a classic cardio junkie!! My boyfriend introduced me to heavy weight lifting and I haven’t looked back since. It has been a crazy journey and I constantly am pushing myself to reach new goals in fitness. Fun fact this year my goal was to master one legged pistol squat! My motivation is myself as I love seeing my own progress and what I am capable of.
If you could only do one work out for the rest of your life – what would it be?
Unpopular option I am sure but my one workout would be Chest day with a good old bench press
What do you like most about the Pocket Sport items?
I love the material and how soft it is but also because of the material how well the fit is
Who would play you in a film?
I would one hundred percent love to play Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, ultimate woman crush and favourite movie of all time!
Do you work out for mental or physical gain?
I started to workout for physical gain but now its 50/50 mental and physical gain!
If you could be stand in one place for a whole day, where would it be?
The one spot I could EASILY spend hours on end standing is the top of Capri Island, maybe with a glass of Aperol…Aperol never hurt nobody!
What is your favourite healthy and unhealthy snack?
Favourite go to healthy snack would be popcorn. Favourite unhealthy snack would be a doughnut!
