Pocket Summer Cocktail Recipe - Pocket Sport

It's still summer and that's reason enough to celebrate with a light, fresh tasty cocktail while the sun is still out.

We've teamed up with Sharon Carrara, senior bar tender at Darby's London to take us through the steps to make A Cucumber and Basil Collins Cocktail just for our followers.
All of the ingredients are easily found in your local shop.

Cucumber and Basil Collins Cocktail

50 ml Hendricks
15 ml simple sugar syrup
20 ml lemon
10 basil leaves
Cucumber
Soda

Muddle 6 basil leaves and 1 slice of cucumber in a shaker (or container or jar) with the sugar syrup and the lemon juice.

Add Hendricks and ice and shake.

Strain everything in a glass with ice and add 2/3 basil leaves and a slice of cucumber as a garnish.

Enjoy on a sunny day or anytime!
